I get parting and all but when it's 1 am and there's a room attached to mine I can hear the music loud and clear and can feel the bass I have asked nicely 6 times and called the front desk once, people trash the pool area every night and the walls are extremely thin , this use to be my favorite place when I stayed around here but I'm going to need to find a new one cause I can't deal with this again

The breakfast was awful. All food was cold and bacon burnt. No lids fit the coffee cups and one banana that was rotten. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Room cleaning takes effect every third day. Not stated anywhere. Breakfast out of everything. No yogurt. No bagels, no waffle mix, no juices. Jacuzzi timer does not work. You ask workers and they tell you it will get fixed but no one does anything. Pool area closed at 10:30 am (locked) and they asked if i had use my room key. ( i think i travel enough and I'm not dumb) garbage cans near the back hallway stink the entire hallway and pot smell from who knows where ( again we will get it fixed)overall ok if you are going to need your room for sleeping and bathing.

In rough shape. Hot tub out of service and looked like it had been for awhile. Front desk didn’t even check my ID. Wouldn’t stay again.

My room was fairly dirty, didn’t even look like they attempted to clean the shower, the bottom of the white shower curtain was brown, carpet was so dirty I wouldn’t dare walk on it without socks or shoes, the inside of the dresser still had small bits of trash. The walls were paper thin, the room next to me kept me up all night with his coughing. Other wise the location was good & the price was decent, I just wish they did a better job of cleaning the rooms. Probably would not stay here again.

I like the area that it was in close to restaurants and certain stores. What I didn’t like was the hotel was heated but the pool area it made it very difficult for you to swim and the hot tub bubbles was not working. Also they was any hot breakfast barely everyday I was there almost 4 days and had to spend extra money on breakfast because they was out of everything they said that they have been waiting on a truck for over a week I definitely feel like that should have been handled differently considering they offer this with the stay

Room was ok. Service terrible for check in and complementary breakfast. Food ran out. Utensils ran out. We ask if there were breakfast? Good were old, fruits were dried up, rotten apples and rotten strawberries. Cheese were melted dried.
